New Renaissance Realty is a division of Buyer’s Professional Real Estate Services, Inc. and has been building, developing and managing primarily in the SouthCoast for 25 years. They are experienced in all phases of residential and commercial construction and development.

When Jim Muse, the company’s founder, was visiting downtown New Bedford in early 2000, he was struck by the tremendous opportunity that existed in this historical city. The cultural facilities such as The Zeiterion Theatre, The Whaling Museum, The National Park, and New Bedford Art Museum coupled with the natural beauty of this seaport city quickly convinced him that this was a prime location for the development of elegant, urban residences. As a result, the company has focused their efforts exclusively to Downtown New Bedford and has developed and restored several historic buildings.

They have received the Sarah Delano Award from W.H.A.L.E., the Elm Award from The New Bedford Preservation Society and The President’s Award for Major Downtown New Bedford Development from Downtown New Bedford, Inc. These previous successes are the corner stones for New Bedford and New Renaissance Realty’s future success.
